Rogers & Callcott has been helping improve the quality of life in our communities for over 50 years, a history and a mission that are at the heart of who we are. Our proprietary employee ownership structure stems from a belief in holistic working, where job satisfaction comes from delivering measurable benefits to our clients – integral members, and often pillars, of the communities where we live – and the improvement of the quality of the environment that we all share . Providing transparent, cost-effective solutions that advance our clients’ corporate environmental responsibilities ultimately closes the loop to benefit us in tangible ways that a paycheck simply cannot touch: economically thriving businesses and communities, a responsible land use, safe work environments, and clean air, soil, and water.

Diversified expertise, aligned service areas: homogeneous projects

As Rogers & Callcott engineers, geologists and scientists, our core competencies focus on providing reliable data and effective solutions in key areas: civil and environmental engineering; due diligence, environmental assessment and remediation; EHS (environment, health, safety) and air quality compliance and training; and environmental laboratory tests.

We actively work with our clients to help them maintain regulatory compliance and project goals. If detected data does not meet regulatory standards or issues arise that conflict with project plans, we proactively work on the case with our client to find a solution. Our engineering projects include transportation and treatment of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater; development site; and improving roads. As the region’s premier laboratory, our scientists use state-of-the-art technology and methods and follow rigorous certification requirements to determine soil, water and waste quality with precision and accuracy. Our EHS professionals ensure regulatory compliance and safe and healthy work habits and environments. Our assessment and remediation team monitors and remediates environmental environments at waste disposal and manufacturing sites and provides critical due diligence information to buyers and property developers, including ownership history , environmental degradation and the limits of wetlands.

It’s part of our history and our mission to promote professional gratification and improve the communities that connect us to each other.
